Rich Radi, Chief Executive Officer
Rich Radi has 28 years of general management, sales and marketing experience primarily in the information technology industry. Rich was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Top Driver in May 2007. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Co-Founder of Siteras Technologies, which developed and implemented the insurance industry’s first electronic clearinghouse for subrogation claims. Prior to co-founding Siteras, Rich was an Executive Vice President for CCC Information Services, a leading provider of insurance technology and services, where he was general manager of the company’s Insurance Division. Previously, he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for D-Vision Systems, Inc., a digital video software provider. In addition, he held various sales and management positions in his 12-year career with IBM Corporation and with Amoco early in his career.
Rich has an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
Mike Pytlinski, Vice President of Marketing
Mike Pytlinski is a seasoned consumer marketer with a proven track record of increasing revenue and profit at consumer goods companies. Mike joined Top Driver and was appointed Vice President of Marketing in October 2006. Prior to joining Top Driver, he was Director of Customer Marketing at Kraft Foods. During his 13 years with Kraft, he held a variety of marketing and brand management positions. In each position, he consistently drove growth via breakthrough initiatives. Prior to joining Kraft, Mike was a senior staff accountant at Price Waterhouse where he managed audit teams and business consulting engagements of small business clients.
Mike has an MBA from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business from Northeastern University.
Trish Johnson, Vice President of Education
Trish has been involved in traffic safety, curriculum development, driver education and training for 22 years. She was the founder and senior instructor of The Driving Institute in Avon, Indiana which was acquired by Top Driver Inc., in 1999. She was on the Top Driver curriculum committee which created and produced the Ignition curriculum, the first student-based interactive classroom curriculum in the industry. As the Vice President of Training she oversees all curriculum development, training programs and quality assurance as well as conducts internal training for classroom and in-vehicle instructors. Trish entered the driver training industry from a racing background that spanned over 25 years and included over 200 wins, championships and awards.
Trish has a BS in Education from Marian College.
Brian Schafer, Chief Financial Officer
Brian Schafer has 11 years of financial management expertise and joined Top Driver in July 2007. He was formerly the North American Controller at SRAM Corporation, a $300 million bicycle parts manufacturer. At SRAM, Brian managed a $60 million budgeting process, oversaw treasury management for the company, led the integration of three acquisitions, and managed the financial systems. Previously, he held various financial positions at SRAM, Alcar Group, and W.W. Grainger.
Brian holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from Indiana University.
