Program Registration

Here's how you can start the process online:

  • Choose an education center
  • Choose a program
  • Choose a class date and time (click on "Class Schedules" at the top of the page for a summary of schedules for every location)
  • Complete and submit the preliminary form below
  • ** A customer service representative will contact you to finish the enrollment (payment is required to complete enrollment in a program and guarantee a seat in a class; this can only be done live with a representative) **
